Welcome to the Cypress Ridge Homeowners Website!!

Cypress Ridge is a planned development consisting of approximately 380 homes located on the Central Coast in Arroyo Grande, California. Our community offers something for everyone. You often hear people, who moved here from other areas, say that living in this area is a “best kept secret”. Our community encompasses a mix of retirees and working families with children.

The Peter Jacobsen Signature Cypress Ridge Golf Course surrounds Cypress Ridge. Audubon International, a not-for-profit environmental organization that focuses on sustainable development, has certified the course as a Signature Sanctuary. If you are attracted to this area because of golf, keep in mind there are 16 other courses within a short distance of Cypress Ridge.

Certainly the golf course attracted the golfers, but we have many neighbors who are not golfers and were drawn to the ideal location of Cypress Ridge. How does this sound? Mild weather; absence of traffic congestion; within a mile of the ocean and dunes, and 10 miles from Lake Lopez; miles of hiking and biking trails; surrounded by excellent wineries; access to activities on the campus of one of the top universities in the country, California State Polytechnic University.

The residents are friendly and easygoing. We have lots of social groups including a golf club, dinner clubs, card groups, & book clubs to mention a few. If you want to meet people you can; if you don’t want to, that’s fine too. We also have tot lots, a softball field and park, as well as, a basketball court.

The Cypress Ridge Pavilion is headquarters to an executive chef who hosts special buffets for homeowners featuring the various holidays, Mardi Gras, Cinco de Mayo, etc. The chef is also available for catering.

Need to get in shape? Cypress Ridge Fitness Center is located in the Pavilion. They offer a fully equipped gym, personal trainer, fitness classes, sauna, and massage.
